A gentle, grounding experience that begins with 20 minutes of guided breath-work and meditation to quiet the noise and prepare your inner landscape, followed by 40 minutes of light, nurturing shiatsu to calm the nervous system and restore clarity.

A portal for embodiment and energetic recalibration, this 70-minute session is a sensual dance of breath and presence—for those who crave depth without distraction. It begins with 10 minutes of upright breathwork, your sacred key to presence, awakening inner awareness and anchoring your spirit deeper into form. From there, 50 minutes of intentional, medium-to-deep pressure shiatsu energy work will follow, unraveling stored tension and stagnant energy. A final 10-minute laying meditation seals the ceremony—leaving you grounded, open, and humming with quiet power.

Soothe The Soul
An alchemical journey of restoration and remembrance, the Soul session is our most immersive 90-minute offering—a sacred ritual of breath, touch, and energetic integration. You’ll begin with 15 minutes of guided breathwork, a meditative gateway that clears the energetic field and invites your awareness inward. Then, surrender into 60 minutes of deeply intentional, slow, and transformative shiatsu that speaks to the layers beyond words—unlocking tension, emotion, and soul-held memory. The session closes with a final 15-minute laying meditation to anchor the healing, allowing your entire being to absorb, soften, and return to stillness. This is more than bodywork—it’s a homecoming to your deepest self.
